The bond between elite sport and timeless style has become even stronger. After last year’s success, which saw Foss Marai accompany fans and professionals on an exclusive day of sport and fun, the Xacus Golf Cup is back with a brand new format for 2026. To celebrate the famous fashion house’s 70th anniversary, this year the prestigious golf tournament has been transformed into a tour circuit with three dates visiting some of the most stunning locations on Italy's most prestigious golf venue. A journey into tradition, nature and lifestyle, where attention to detail is once again the ideal common ground on which to meet Foss Marai’s excellent sparkling wines.
The 2026 calendar has extended the thrill of the game throughout the summer season, covering a range of stages. The circuit began on 3rd May, in the splendid setting of the Golf Club Villa d'Este, before proceeding on 2nd June, with the second date at Golf Club Ca' Amata. The event will be completed at the end of summer on 12th September, at the Golf Club Monticello course.
Foss Marai provides its signature hospitality and celebrates talent on each of these dates, with a selection of its sparkling wines. The aesthetic elegance of the bottles and fine bubbles of the wine itself accompany the key moments of the tournament, elevating the experience of guests and players. Iconic bottles of Roös Brut in the Jeroboam format, contained in elegant wooden boxes, are awarded to the top three players, making the awards ceremony a truly memorable occasion. The synergy between Foss Marai and the world of golf is most evident in the moments of relaxation and conviviality that accompany the event. Excellent toasts with Roös Brut and Surfine Cuvée create a lively atmosphere and a refreshing accompaniment for those attending the different stages of the tournament.
The presence of Foss Marai beside Xacus is yet more proof of the shared vision and values, linked to the value of the raw material and to the dedication needed to create unique products. A synergy of excellence that ideally combines fine shirtmaking and winemaking, which demonstrates the perfect dialogue that exists between style and tradition.
