Fumac is made from Nero di Troia, Merlot and Cabernet grapes grown in the Fumac vineyard of Masseria "La Sorba". Fumac is a ruby-red wine with special aromatic notes bestowed by that richness of tuff and minerals typical of Apulia soils.
PASSITO PETILLANTE
MOSCATO REALE
A "different" passito, characterised by a deep yellow colour with golden hints, with a residue of carbon dioxide from fermentation that enhances the complexity of the original scents of Moscato Reale added on top of the floral hints of rose.

Higher quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil from the prized Coratina olive variety. Excellence and the symbol of Apulia itself, the Coratina olive variety - named after the city of Corato, located to the north of Bari - are the precious ingredients of some of the finest extra virgin olive oils produced in this region and appreciated worldwide for their extraordinary organoleptic and healthy characteristics.
