Roös Brut is a rosé sparkling wine that comes from the great sparkling wine experience of the Biasiotto family and the ability to rediscover and enhance rare and highly prizedlocal grape varieties found on Foss Marai's Apulian property, nalmely Masseria La Sorba. Embellished by its elegant "millerighe" bottle patented by the winery, Roös Brut is a wine of great quality, enveloping and lively at the same time.
A more refined version of Foss Marai's historic cuvée, this fine sparkling wine of particular elegance is characterised by slight ageing of a portion of the wine in small oak barrels, a method that allows its softness and roundness to be enhanced. Produced with a yeast specially selected by Foss Marai, Surfine is a sparkling wine of rare refinement that stands out for its personality.
Marai de Marai
BRUT E EXTRA DRY
Obtained after years of work and experimentation to recover ancient vines in the field of viticulture, Marai de Marai is a Foss Marai’s "historical" wine of the highest level and always pleasantly contemporary. Created approximately 25 years ago from an ancient family recipe, this sparkling wine is the result of the rediscovery of ancient local grapes from the Treviso hills and is produced with the use of exclusive yeasts. Made according to the Charmat method, it follows a winemaking process by soft pressing with re-fermentation in temperature-controlled autoclaves. In both its Brut and Extra Dry versions, Marai de Marai is a fruity, light and smooth wine that is versatile and easy to drink.
Tilio Dosaggio Zero
Tilio Dosaggio Zero is a high-quality, naturally fermented Extra Brut sparkling wine with no sugar and distinctive characteristics. Produced according to the long Charmat method, a production technique refined thanks to the care and experience of Foss Marai, this sparkling wine is the result of a fine selection of Chardonnay grapes, with a variable percentage of the prized Bombino Bianco grapes also used in the production of well-known champenois. Precisely thanks to the combination of grapes with a strong identity, the absence of sugar and a wise use of the Charmat method, Tilio offers very fine perlage, unique fragrance and softness.

SPUMANTE BRUT NATURE
Produced from a blend of autochthonous grapes using our "Sant'Antonio" yeast. ULTRABRUT is the Charmat-Martinotti method sparkling wine with an incredible harmony of flavor and olfactory finesse in the absence of sugars, with a slightly intense, clear straw yellow color, a very fine and persistent perlage.
