Tilio Dosaggio Zero
SPUMANTE
EXTRA BRUT
The result of the Charmat technique, refined by Foss Marai's more than 30 years of experience and continuous research and innovation, TILIO dosaggio zero (sugar-free) is an extra brut sparkling wine with natural and slow fermentation obtained from a careful selection of Chardonnay grapes and a variable percentage of Bombino Bianco grapes, a variety also used in the production of famous champenois.
TILIO offers a very fine perlage and unique fragrance and grace. TILIO dosaggio zero, promoted by the Foss Marai Wise Men's Club, is a sparkling wine of the highest quality that can reward even the most demanding and refined palates.
VALDOBBIADENE DOCG
Guia
BRUT MILLESIMATO
Featuring a refined bouquet, and an elegant and marked texture on the palate, Guia is Foss Marai’s flagship wine.
Perfect for pairing with shellfish dishes and excellent with white meats and cheeses. Its pairing with chocolate desserts is particularly elegant.
VALDOBBIADENE DOCG
Nadin
DRY MILLESIMATO
Produced with local grapes selected and vinified with extreme care, Nadin is full of floral aromas, with wisteria standing out among them.
On the palate it is easy to distinguish for its softness and roundness. Good body.
Nadin is excellent both as an aperitif and at the end of a meal.
ROÖS
SPUMANTE
BRUT ROSATO
The ability to rediscover indigenous grape varieties no longer in use but still of high value led to the production of ROÖS, a warm and lively rosé sparkling wine. The predominant aromas are wild berries and dogwood. Excellent as an aperitif and to pair with first courses, fish dishes and flavourful cheeses.
VALDOBBIADENE DOCG
Cartizze
DRY MILLESIMATO
A rare jewel, this sparkling wine is made from the vinification of grapes from the local historical territory in a limited 106-hectare hillside area known as Cartizze. Cartizze Foss Marai boasts an intense bouquet of wisteria flowers with hints of rose.
On the palate it is rich and varied, certainly not boring. Excellent both as an aperitif and during a meal, it is always up to the task in any occasion.
