MARAI de MARAI ULTRABUT was born from an ancient recipe from grandfather Gìo and was now revised in a modern key by Foss Marai in 2023.

It is produced from a blend of autochthonous grapes, using our "Sant'Antonio" yeast. ULTRABRUT is made with the Charmat-Martinotti method and has an incredible harmony of flavor and olfactory finesse in the absence of sugars, it has a pale straw yellow in colour, and a clean, a very fine and persistent perlage.
